Grass doesn't grow under Clark Hindelang's feet. From selling lightbulbs door to door as a youngster in the Mayfair section of Northeast Philadelphia, dipping ice cream, busing tables, managing popular restaurants, owning several retail stores, a public school teacher, several part time summer jobs when not teaching, and most recently to logging over 100,000 miles driving this past year, Clark's Hindelang Car Service continues to grow at a record pace surpassing 1,500 customers. "I call myself the driving fool. I am finally getting paid to sit down!"

In 2018, Clark Hindelang retired from teaching in the Atlantic City, NJ School District after close to 20 years. Clark taught Middle School Social Studies, Personal Finance Planning for graduating high school seniors, and taught Kindergarten one year when there was an emergency opening. Clark was known as Mr. H and Coach H as he also coached Varsity Softball and Boys Varsity Basketball. "I was bored a few months after I retired and decided to start a driving business literally on a whim."

Clark obtained his B.S. in Political Science and teaching certification in 1999 from Stockton University in Pomana, New Jersey. He also attended Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and Randolph-Macon College in Ashland, Virginia.

Clark and his wife, Andrea, have been married for 19 years and reside in Margate. Each has 3 grown children from a previous marriage. Andrea was an elementary school teacher for 32 years and recently retired in June, 2022.
